How do I book an appointment?
Choose a service or a doctor, pick a time that suits you, and confirm with your phone number. Booking takes about two minutes and does not need an account.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. Every booking gets a booking number as soon as it is confirmed, and you can look it up again at any time from Find My Booking using the phone number you booked with.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Open your booking from Find My Booking to change or cancel it. If a slot is close to its start time, please call the clinic instead so the front desk can help you directly.
Where do my prescriptions and reports appear?
After your visit, the clinic publishes your prescription and any lab reports to your patient record. You can open them with the same phone number you booked with — nothing is sent as an attachment you have to keep track of.
Do I need to pay when I book?
No. Booking a slot does not take a payment. Anything payable is settled with the clinic, and the prices shown on a service are set by the clinic itself.
